摘　　要：该文针对一般的B/S结构信息系统提出了一种新的权限控制方法,并从集合论的角度进行了详细论证,最后给出了在ASP程序中的具体实现。该方法与具体系统无关,对于任何系统都可以实现,具有一般性。This paper has proposed a new access control method of the general B/S Information System,and a concrete description based on the Set theory has been given,at the end,the paper gives a realization on the ASP programming,This method have nothing to do with the concrete system,but can be realized on any B/S system,have a general meaning.
