摘　　要：纵观信息管理,可以从三个方面进行描述:反映信息管理目标确定的决策集成方案(决策链);反映信息系统实施运行的集成支撑环境(支撑链);反映信息系统工作内容的功能集成实现(功能主链)。这三个方面构成了信息系统体系结构的基本要素。它们均是以链的形式存在于各信息系统之间或其所属各子系统之间。信息系统开发设计的方法论模型也应是在此基础上进行构建的。The information management can be described from the follow three aspects:the certain decision-making scheme to reflect the object of the managing of the information(decision chain);the supporting environment to reflect the implement of the information systems (support chain);realize of the functional integration to reflect the content of the work of the information systems (main chain).These three aspects make up of elementary essential of the architec-ture of the information systems.All of them like the chain consist in the information systems or in each sub system.The methodology model for the development and design of the information systems is also built on the basis of it.
