摘　　要：文章介绍了针对小儿先天性髋脱位整形手术的术前规划系统。该系统使医生能够从特定患者的CT图像重构出三维表面模型,并运用交互方法模拟手术过程。系统也提供了一些工具帮助评价模拟手术的结果。通过手术模拟,医生在实际手术前可以选择合适的手术方案,从而降低手术风险。This article describes a surgical planning system for pediatric hip orthopedics surgery.The system allows sur-geons to reconstruct3D isosurface model from specific patient's CT image and rehearse surgical procedure with inter-active methods.It also provides some tools help surgeon evaluate surgical effect.Through the surgical simulation,surgeons can choose proper operative schemes prior to actual surgery,accordingly the risk of the operation could be reduced.
