摘  要:医学研究已经证明 ,负离子产品对人体健康有保健作用。本工作选用奇冰石超细粉末作为无机填料添加到聚氨酯树脂中制成负离子合成革 ,讨论了粉末最佳混入比例 ,并与普通合成革进行了比较。结果表明 ,混入奇冰石粉末的聚氨酯合成革可持续释放较高浓度的空气负离子 ,对人体健康产生有益的作用。It has been proved in medical field that air anions contribute a lot to people's health. By introducing the ultrafine tourmaline powder as a kind of filling agent into polyurethane resin, we produced the anion leather that can emit air anions continuously while being used. The best proportion of tourmaline powder to resin was worked out by analyzing the measurement result and comparison also was done between anion leather and ordinary PU leather. The results show that the PU leather containing ultrafine tourmaline powder can produce a great deal air anions continuously, which benefits people's health greatly.
