摘 要:测定了密度为 0 .5g/cm3的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在水中浸泡后的吸水率及吸水后的硬泡试样在干燥环境下不同时间的失重率 ,获得了一定环境条件下的吸水性能参数和失水性能曲线。实验结果表明 ,适宜厚度的金属膜层可有效阻止水分的渗透 ,表面镀膜的聚氨酯结构硬泡的体积吸水率和质量吸水率分别为 0 .0 4 %和 0 .0 8% ;未镀膜的聚氨酯硬泡 (15 0mm× 15 0mm× 4 0mm)的体积吸水率和质量吸水率分别为 0 .93%和 1.89% ;在较低湿度环境下吸水试样的失水率在十多天后可逐渐达到平稳 ,并且失水情况与环境湿度关系较大。The water absorption-desorption properties of rigid polyurethane foam material with density of 0.5g/cm 3 were studied. The water absorption of rigid polyurethane foam in water and the rate of weight loss of the foam in dry environment condition were tested. The water absorption parameters and desorption curve of the material in definite environment condition were obtained. The results show that proper thickness metal film can prevent water permeating distinctly. The water absorption (by mass) of filming and non-filming rigid polyurethane foams (150 mm×150 mm×40 mm) are 0.08% and 1.89%, respectively. The water desorption of absorption sample can get balance in lower humidity condition in more than ten days. The environment humidity has great influence on water desorption property of rigid polyurethane foam.
