摘　　要：三峡摆塔式缆机是根据三峡工程特殊的地形环境定制的一台用于金属结构安装和混凝土浇筑的大型设备，该缆机的塔架高度为同类产品之最，跨距为世界第三。在安装过程中存在两大难度：绳索系统的架设和如何保证塔架在提升过程中的稳定。The pendulum type cable crane is a large equipment for metal structures installing and concrete placing, which is manufactured according to local landform and the hight of tower is the highest, the span is the third in the world. There are are two difficul problems in installation of the equipment, the one is erection of cable system, the other is to keep stable of the crane frame.
