72A冶炼过程中洁净度的研究

摘　　要：对转炉冶炼—LF炉精炼—VD炉脱气—小方坯连铸工艺生产的 72A各工艺阶段钢中的非金属夹杂物、酸溶铝含量和总氧含量进行了系统的研究。结果表明 ,酸溶铝含量和总氧含量低时有利于提高钢的洁净度。通过分析酸溶铝和总氧的变化找出了铝和氧的来源 。This paper gives a systematical study on non-metallic inclusions,acid-soluble aluminium and total oxygen contents of 72A steel during each stage of steelmaking process.The production route includes converter-LF-VD-CC.Investigation shows that lowering Al s and T[O]facilitates to improve the steel cleanliness.The source of Al s and T[O]has been found through analyzing their variation and control measures are put forward in the paper .
