摘　　要：总结了武钢第二炼钢厂生产低磷品种钢的实践经验。采用控制过程造渣状况、造双渣、高拉补碳、适当的底吹强度、控制终渣碱度和终点碳、出钢过程中加入适量活性灰等措施可以保证炼出 w(P) ≤ 0 .0 15This paper summarizes the practical experiences of low-phosphorus steel production at No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO.Low-phosphorus steel with phosphorus contents≤ 0.015% can be produced with the following measures:controlling better process slag,using double slag,operating with catch carbon and reblow practice,selecting proper bottom blowing intensity,controlling final slag basicity and tapping carbon content and adding proper quantity of active lime into molten steel.
