摘 要:利用等离子喷技术在钢表面制备了Fe3Al/Al2O3梯度涂层以及Fe3Al-Al2O3双层涂层和Fe3Al-Fe3Al/50%Al2O3-Al2O3三层涂层,采用MRH-3型环-块摩擦磨损试验机对比考察了涂层摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析磨损表面形貌.结果表明,梯度涂层成分沿涂层厚度方向存在差异,相应的耐磨性能和磨损机制亦有所不同,梯度涂层的主要磨损机制包括颗粒脱落、裂纹萌生与扩展、微区脆裂层状脱落、塑性变形和粘着损伤等.Fe3Al/Al2O3 gradient coating, Fe3AlAl2O3 doublelayer coating, and Fe3AlFe3Al/50%Al2O3Al2O3 triplicate coating were prepared on steel substrate by plasma spraying. The friction and wear behaviors of the resulting coatings in dry sliding against MRH3 high speed block were investigated on an MRH3 blockonring test rig at ambient temperature. The worn surfaces of the coatings were observed with a scanning electron microscope. Results indicated that the Fe3Al/Al2O3 gradient coating had better wearresistance than the Fe3AlAl2O3 doublelayer coating and Fe3AlFe3Al/50%Al2O3Al2O3 triplicate coating, which was attributed to the gradient structure of the Fe3Al/Al2O3 gradient coating. The Fe3Al/Al2O3 gradient coating showed variation in the wear mechanisms along its depth, which was related to the changes in the composition of the gradient coating at different friction and wear test durations. The gradient coating was characterized by particulate detachment, microcrack nucleation and propagation, brittle fracture, plastic deformation, and adhesive wear.
