摘  要:目的 观察人参总皂甙对H_2O_2所致大鼠皮层神经元细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 采用神经元细胞原代培养,通过MTT比色法及LDH活力测定观察加入不同浓度人参总皂甙对神经元细胞的保护作用。结果100μmol/L的H_2O_2与大鼠皮层神经元细胞作用24h后导致大鼠皮层神经元细胞损伤。而预先加入人参总皂甙则可以减少H_2O_2所致的细胞损伤,随着剂量加大,其保护作用也随之增强。结论 人参总皂甙对H_2O_2所致大鼠皮层神经元细胞损伤有保护作用。Objection To observe the protective effects of Ginsenosides on the injuries of primary cultured rat cortical neurons induced by H2O2 . Methods To investigate the protective effects of Ginsenosides in different dose level on primary cultured rat cortical neurons through MTT colorimetry, activity detection of LDH. Results The apoptosis of cortical neurons were observed at the time of 24h after H2O2(100μmol/L) was added to culture medium. The apoptosis could be alleviated significantly if Ginsenosides was given prior to H2O2 and the protective effects were elevated as the concentrations of Ginsenosides increased. Conclusions Ginsenosides has protective effects on the injuries of rat cortical nrurons induced by H2O2.
