摘　　要：目的 对遵义市市售的几种常用食物、饮用水和牙膏进行氟含量测定,以估计该市儿童和成人的主要氟摄入量。方法 对该市不同地点抽取的市售辣椒、茶叶、玉米、大米、牙膏、自来水和矿泉水,采用氟离子选择电极法测定氟含量。结果 除老玉米和辣椒氟含量超标外,其余品种均未超过国家氟允许量标准。结论 遵义市的儿童和成人按正常饮食一般每日氟摄入量不会超过我国的允许摄入量。Objective To estimate investigation content of fluorin of children and adult in Zunyi city by determining fluorin content of some food, drinking water and toothpaste. Methods Fluoride ion(F)-selective electrode method was used to determine fluorin content of capsicum, tea, corn, rice, toothpaste, tap water and mineral water. Results Fluorin content of sample determined didn' t exceed investigation content allowed of fluorin except dry corn and capsicum. Conclusions Everyday investigation of fluorin of children and adult in Zunyi city is not over investigation content allowed of fluorin.
