摘　　要：基于国内外最新研究文献 ,系统论述了一类新型含氮芳杂环聚合物膜材料———聚吡咙的合成、制膜及气体分离性能 ,讨论了单体结构与聚吡咙膜的气体透过行为的关系。指出链刚性是影响聚吡咙膜气体分离性能的重要因素之一 ,它决定了聚吡咙大分子链的链间距和自由体积分数。室温下聚吡咙膜对氦气、氢气、二氧化碳和氧气的渗透系数最高分别可达 16 6、 74 4、6 3 6和 16 4Barrer,对He/CH4,H2 /N2 ,CO2 /CH4和O2 /N2 的分离系数最高分别可达 32 14 ,389,15 0和 12 5。由 4 ,4′ - (六氟异丙基 ) -苯二甲酸酐合成的半阶梯聚吡咙膜显示了极好的气体透过性 ,有些聚吡咙膜的气体选择透过性甚至超越了常规聚合物膜的上限 ,符合具有商业吸引力的气体分离膜的指标要求 ,尤其在氧氮分离、二氧化碳和甲烷的分离领域具有很大的应用潜力。The synthesis, membrane formation and gas separation performance of polypyrrolones-new types of aromatic nitrogen heterocycle-containing membrane materials are elaborated based on the latest literatures. The correlation between monomer structure and gas-permeating behavior is also discussed. It is pointed out that the chain rigidity,which controls the d-spacing and fractional free volume of the polypyrrolones, is one of the most important factors affecting gas permeation of the polypyrrolones. The permeability coefficients of helium, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen through the polypyrrolone membranes can reach up to respective 166, 74.4, 63.6 and 16.4 Barrer at ambient temperature. Their separation factors for some gas pairs of He/CH 4, H 2/N 2, CO 2/CH 4?O 2/N 2 can reach up to respective 3214, 389, 150 and 12.5. The semi-ladder polypyrrolones synthesized from 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride exhibits excellent gas permeate properties. The gas permselectivity through some polypyrrolone membranes exceeds the 'upper bound' exhibited by common polymers. And they can meet the requirements for commercially attractive gas separation membranes, especially in the fields of the separation of oxygen from nitrogen and carbon dioxide from methane.
