双波长系数倍率法测定无机工艺液中微量铂和钯

摘  要:样品在 1mol/L盐酸溶液介质中 ,当氯化亚锡存在时用双硫腙溶液同时萃取铂和钯 ,采用双波长系数倍率法可分别对之进行测定。测定铂时 ,λ1为 6 0 0nm ,λ2 为 710nm ,K =3 86 ;测定钯时 ,λ1=72 0nm ,λ2 =6 37nm ,K =1 1。铂和钯均在 0~ 1 0 μg /mL浓度范围内符合比尔定律。方法简便 ,选择性好 ,结果准确 ,用于无机工艺液样品中微量铂和钯的测定 ,可获得满意的结果。In 1?mol/L hydrochloric acid and in the presence of SnCl 2,trace amount of Pt and Pd in the sample are extracted by dithizone, and can be determined respectively by K factor dual-wavelength method, For Pt,λ 1=600?nm,λ 2=710?nm,K=3.86, and for Pd,λ 1=720?nm,λ 2=637?nm, K=1.1. Both Pt and Pd are in the range of 0~1.0?μg/mL and in compliance with Beer's law. This method is simple, selective and accurate and satisfactory results could be got by application on the determination of Pt and Pd in the inorganic process solution.
