气相色谱法测定女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 :探求用毛细管气相色谱法测定女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。方法 :取女贞子氯仿提取液 ,挥干 ,甲醇溶解经甲酯化后 ,进样分析。色谱条件 :HP 1毛细管柱 (2 5m× 0 .3 2mm ,0 .5 2μm) ,柱温 2 80 °C ,氮气为载气 ,氢火焰检测器。结果 :齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性良好 ,回收率分别为(1 0 0 .6± 1 .9) % ,(99.8± 2 .1 ) %。结论AIM: To probe the determination of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic aci d in Fructus ligustri lucidi by gas chromatography(GC). METHODS: The sample was made from Fructus ligustri dueid, extracted with c hloroform, volati- lized, dissolved in methanol, and esterficated at last, t he sam ple was determinated. Chromaatographic condition: a capillary column(25 m×0.32 mm, 0.52 μm), operated at 280 °C with N 2 as carrier gas and FID. RESULTS: There was good linearity ranging from 2-100 mg·L -1 of oleanol ic acid and ursolic acid, respectively. The average recovery rate was (100.6±1. 9) % for oleanolic acid, and (99.8± 2.1 ) % for ursolic acid. CONCLUSION: The GC method can be used for the quality determination of herbs Fructus ligustri lucidi.
