摘　　要：目的 建立血脂平胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamosil^(TM) ODS-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相:乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为320nm,流速:1.0 mL/min。结果 2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D葡萄糖苷在0.0267～2.6640μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.62％,RSD=1.32％。结论 该方法简便,结果可靠,可用于血脂平胶囊的质量控制。Objective To determinate the content of 2, 3, 5, 4′-stibene glucoside in Xuezhiping Capsules. Method HPLC was performed with Diamosil^(TM)C_(18) column, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (20: 80), the detection wavelength at 320nm and the flow rate being 1.0 mL/mL. Results 2, 3, 5, 4′-stilbene glucoside has a good linear within 0.0267～2.6640 μg and the average recovery was 99.62% with RSD 1.32%. Conclusion This method is convenient and efficient and can be used for the quality control of Xuezhiping Capsules.
