浅谈网络环境下文献分编人员的信息素质

摘　　要：通过对“信息素质”定义的理解,结合网络环境下文献分编工作的具体特点,提出图书馆文献分编人员“信息素质”的具体要求,并且指出提高分编人员信息素质的途径。Through expounding the definition of “information literacy”and connecting with the concrete features of literature classifying and cataloguing work under network environment, this paper puts forward the specific requirements of “information literacy”for library's literature classifying and cataloguing personnel, and points out the ways of increasing the information literacy of literature classifying and cataloguing personnel.
