关于我国证券咨询业的几点思考

摘　　要：我国证券咨询业当前正面临加入WTO后外国同业竞争和国内需求提升的双重挑战,这一新形势既蕴藏着新的发展机遇,又急切呼唤着新的改革。我国证券咨询业当务之急是在行业定位、产品研发、规模扩大、人才培养等方面进行改革和创新。Nowadays the security consulting trade in our country faces not only the competition with the same trade of foreign countries after WTO entry, but also the challenges the increasing of domestic demand. Therefore this new situation contains new developing opportunities and needs urgent innovation. And the innovation and reform of security consulting trade in our country focus on trade orientation、research and development of products、expansion of scale、talents training and so on.
