摘 要: 用正交实验研究了Ni La P电沉积的最佳工艺条件,以此合金作阴极测得析氢阴极极化曲线,结果表明,合金电极上析氢速率比Ni电极上约大10倍,析氢电势正移300~400mV,显示出含稀土La的镍基合金具有较高的析氢电催化活性。根据XPS谱图讨论了析氢电催化的机理。Ni-La-P alloy is prepared by electrdoposition in aqueous solution, Electrocatalytic behavior of hydroger reaction on the obtained alloy deposits is studied with cathodic polarization curves in 1mol.L-1 KOH solution. The results show that the rate of hydrogen evolution on the nickel base alloy containing rare earth elements is ten times higher than that on the nickel electrode. The potential of hydrogen evolution move posilively for more than 300mv . The alloy electrodes display higher electrocatalytic activity of hydrogen evolution. The electrocatalytic mechanism of hydrogen evolution is discussed based on the data of XPS.
