摘　　要：介绍了 GSM/ GPRS与 3GPP系统安全体制的安全功能及其算法 ;研究了 GSM/ GPRS中 A 3/ A8、A5 / GEA算法的实现技术 ;给出了 3GPP中 AKA协议和空中接口安全算法的设计要求及其多种设计方案 ;并结合我国《商用密码管理条例》的要求 ,探讨了The secure functions of GSM/GPRS & 3GPP security mechanisms and their algorithms were introduced in this paper. Then, the technology of implementation of A3/A8 and A5/GEA algorithms in GSM/GPRS system,and the algorithm design requirements of 3GPP' AKA protocol & air interface security an d their corresponding design schemes were presented and analyzed.Based on th e requirements of “China Commercial Cipher Administration Ordinance”, the a ctual problems and the possible solutions for the internal application o f 3GPP' confidential and integral algorithms(f8 and f9) were discussed.
