摘　　要：目的 :观察椎动脉受压动物模型血浆内皮素的变化。方法 :用手术方法造成兔子右侧椎动脉受压 ,将造模成功的兔子与正常兔子在相同条件下饲养。分别在 4天、8天、1 5天、2 2天 ,2 9天将造模的兔子与正常兔子一起采血 ,测定血浆内皮素。结果 :造模的兔子的血浆内皮素值明显高于正常兔子。结论 :血浆内皮素可作为衡量椎动脉型颈椎病的测量指标之一。Objective:Investigate the ET's change about model of vertebral artery pressed.Methods: The right vertebra artery of the rabbit was pressed with operation. The model rabbits and the normal rabbit were breed on identical condition. The ET of the model group was determined and compared with the normal group at 4day、8day、15day、22day,29day.Results:The ET of the model group is higher than the normal rabbit's.Conclusion:ET is one of standards, which can reflect the status of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
