黄铜表面的发黑处理研究

摘　　要：使用不含CuSO4的亚硒酸发黑液在常温下对黄铜进行了表面发黑处理,并与多种发黑工艺的发黑膜进行了对比。研究表明所提出的发黑系统成本低,配方简单,得到的发黑膜黑度高,色泽好,附着力明显提高。A formulation free of CuSO4 was proposed with which a brass sample was blacked at room temperatures. The blackening layer thus obtained was compared to various blackening layers made by different systems showing that this formulation has a lower cost. The blackened surface of brass displayed an excellent color and a much stronger adhesive strength to the substrate.
