摘 要:废旧产品在进行再制造加工前,要进行再制造性评价和再制造工艺设计。而产品的再制造特性主要是由产品设计阶段决定,废旧产品的再制造特性又决定了产品能否进行寿命末端再制造。文中主要探讨了产品再制造设计的影响因素、废旧产品再制造特性评价及再制造加工建模等内容。通过再制造设计的研究,可以为开展科学的再制造提供依据,最大限度地挖掘废旧产品中的蕴含的财富和信息,实现资源的可持续发展战略。Before remanufacturing of the used products, an assessment of remanufacturing characteristic and design of remanufacturing process are necessary. The remanufacturability of product is mainly determined in the stage of product design, and the remanufacture characteristic of used product can decide whether used product can be remanufactured or not, also determine the project of remanufacturing and the process. This paper mainly discussed the design of remanufacturing, assessment methods of used products and the modeling of remanufacturing process. Through the study of remanufacturing design, it is possible to provide the reference for scientifically developing the remanufacturing engineering, so that we can greatly excavate the wealth and information embodied in used product, and realize the strategy of sustainable development.
