摘　　要：对铝锡 2 0铜 -钢双金属轴瓦带材的热处理工艺参数及其复合机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明 ,340℃× 2～ 4h ,通保护气冷却至 10 0℃以下出炉这一再结晶退火工艺 ,可保证处理的卷材整卷性能达到标准要求。The present paper briefly describes the process parameter of heat treatment and the composite mechanism of A1Sn20Cu-Steel bimetal.Results show that application of the recrystallizating annealing process (holding at 340?℃ for 2～4?h,then cooling to 100?℃ below through protecting gas)can ensure the conformity of the metal to the specification requirements of the cladding materials.
