摘　　要：简要介绍第一炼钢厂纯镁铁水脱硫工艺优化过程 ,在工艺改进、控制系统的完善与开发上取得了较好效果 ,发挥颗粒镁脱硫工艺的优势 ,提高了脱硫一次命中率 ,并进一步降低了脱硫剂消耗 ,满足了生产需要。The optimization of hot metal desulphurization process with pure Mg at the No.1 Steel Plant is briefly introduced.Better results have already been achieved in various aspects such as process improvement,system control and development,full utilization of advantages of pure granular Mg in the hot metal desulphurization process,rising of success hit rate of desulphurization and cutting down of consumption of desulphurizer,and therefore the demands of production can be well satisfied.
