摘  要:对武钢烧结厂第四烧结车间 4 35m2 烧结机投产后 ,为了优化高炉技术经济指标 ,满足大型高炉需要 ,在提高四烧烧结矿转鼓强度方面所作的工作进行了总结。通过采取措施 ,四烧转鼓指数得到很大提高 ,烧结矿质量得到了炼铁厂的认可。为了进一步满足炼铁高炉对提高入炉品位的要求 ,需要继续开展强化烧结手段的研究 。In order to optimize the technical and economical indicators of the blast furnace and meet the need of large size blast furnace the present paper summarizes the work done about improvement in the drum rotation intensity of the sintered ore since the commissioning of the 435m 2 sinter machine at the No.4 Sinter Plant of WISCO.The index of drum rotation and the quality of the sintered ore in the No.4 Sinter Plant have been greatly raised since adoption of a series of technical measures in this Plant.In order to further satisfy the need of the blast furnace for high quality charging material more research work has to be done to intensify the sintering process to raise the strength of the sintered ore.
