摘　　要：QPQ盐浴复合处理技术是一种新的金属盐浴表面改性强化技术,可以同时大幅度提高金属表面的耐磨性和抗蚀性,而工件几乎不变形,处理过程无公害。文章介绍了QPQ盐浴复合处理技术的工艺方法、特点、渗层性能及在凿岩机上的应用情况。QPQ Combined Salt Bath Treatment Technology is a new metallic salt bath technology for surface reform and strengthening. It can considerably increase the wear and corrosion resistance at the same time, with little distortion of the works and with no social effect of pollution in the process. The process, features, performance of infiltrated layer and its application to rock drill of QPQ Combined Salt Bath Treatment Technology are described in the article.
