摘　　要：本文介绍了一种模块化智能高精度数字控制系统的设计 ,并成功用于激光头精密角度数字控制系统中 ,阐述了系统的结构 ,功能和关键技术。This paper introduces the design of a kind of modularized high-accuracy and intelligent digital control system ,and succeeds in applying to the accurate angle digital control system of laser head. It explains the system structure, function and the key technology.
