摘  要:采用热压烧结和常压烧结的方法制备了高压电性能的掺La0.3PZN-0.7PZT压电陶瓷,测定了二种试样的谐振频率、弹性柔顺系数、相对介电常数、介电损耗、机电耦合系数和压电应变常数等性能随温度的变化,并对实验结果进行了分析和讨论。实验结果表明,与常压烧结PZN-PZT陶瓷的性能相比,热压烧结试样的压电应变常数更高,温度稳定性更好。结构致密、纯度高有助于压电陶瓷材料温度稳定性的提高。Piezoelectric ceramics Pb0955La003(Zn1/3Nb2/3)03Zr037Ti033O3 were fabricated by hotpressing and conventional sintering techniques.The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the specimens fabricated by both sintering techniques,such as resonance frequency,elastically flexible coefficient,dielectric constants,dielectric loss tanδ,electromechanical coupling faator and piezoelectric constants,were measured as a function of temperatures between 10°C and 100°CThese experimental data were compared and analyzed.The results show that piezoelectric properties and temperature stability of piezoelectric ceramics fabricated by hotpressing sintering technique are better than those of the specimens fabricated by conventional sintering technique.Temperature stability of piezoelectric materials could be improved by the factors of compact structure and high purity.
