摘 要:超声波电机与传统电磁型电机不同,它是一种靠摩擦驱动的新原理电机,具有低速和快速响应的特性,其瞬态特性用传统方法难以测试,为此该文设计了纵扭复合型超声波电机的瞬态特性测试系统。文中介绍了系统的设计思路、总体结构和实现过程。对纵扭复合型超声波电机瞬态特性进行了初步的测试和分析研究,实验结果表明该电机的响应快,空载起动时间在6ms左右,关断时间在2ms左右,同时验证了这一测试系统的有效性。Ultrasonic motor is different from traditional electromagnetic motor and it is drived by friction force. It is characterized by low speed and rapidly dynamic performance. Its transient response is difficult to be measured by traditional ways. In this thesis, the measure system on the transient response of ultrasonic motor is designed. The design principle and structure of the measuring system are introduced. The dynamic character of ultrasonic motor is measured and analyzed. The experiment indicates that ultrasonic motor has rapidly dynamic performance, and the turnoff time is less than starting time and it also confirms the measuring system is practical.
