摘　　要：文中介绍了一种能测量红外上转换材料发出的可见光的光电传感器。结构上采用非球面复合透镜,故可集红外激光器和光敏器件于一体。该传感器采用TO 5封装,体积小,功耗小,且完全消除了强红外激光对测量可见光的干扰,对红外上转换材料在防伪等技术中的应用提供了有利条件。The optoelectronics sensor is introduces,it were able to detect visible light emitted by infared upconversion materials,It's structure adopted unsphcrical compound lens,therefore it can integrat infrared laser with light sensing device.The sensor is enclosed in TO5,it is small body,lowpower consumption,in addition,at all eliminate strong infrared laser beam's interference with detected visible light,The infrared Up-conversion materials,is beneficial to application in Anticounterfeiting Technology.
