摘  要:提出了一种大功率绕线式异步电动机的功率因数补偿方法,该方法是在电动机转子绕组上串联一电压源,它采用单相至三相交交变频实现.变频器元器件少,控制方式简单,且控制策略可确保晶闸管软开关安全换流.PSPICE仿真结果验证了变频器控制的正确性.同时在一台400kW的异步电动机上试验,电动机功率因数达到0.97,且对负载的扰动有较好的鲁棒性.A way of power factor correction for high power winding rotor induction motor to realize unity power factor was proposed. A voltage source with series connection to the rotor of induction motor is realized by a single phase to three phases cycloconverter. This cycloconverter uses few components and the control strategy is simple, only square wave of control is used. Moreover, for thyristor the control strategy ensures the soft-switching and the current transferring safely. PSPICE simulation was performed to confirm the correct operation of the control strategy. A prototype was developed and experienced on a 400 kW induction motor, the power factor of the induction motor reaches 0. 97, and the system is robust to the variable load.
