摘 要:研究了变质处理对铸造热锻模具钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:在相同热处理条件下,经RE和RE-Nb复合变质处理后,其冲击韧性与变质处理前相比分别提高了9.7和14.5J/cm2,常温抗拉强度σb分别提高了82和234MPa,高温抗拉强度分别达到了976和994MPa,而硬度变化不大。The effect of modifier on mechanical properties of the cast cast hotwork die steel was studied.The results showed that under the same conditions of heat treatment,after being modified by RE and compound modified by RENb,the impact toughness of the cast hotwork die steel was increased 12 and 14 J/cm2 repectively than before.And the strength of the steel in normal temperature was increased 82 and 234 MPa respectively than before.And the strength of the steel in high temperature reached 976 and 994MPa respectively.But the hardness of the steel did not change much.
