摘　　要：文中主要介绍基于DICOM标准的DCM文件的解读,使其在解读后采用其它新提出的压缩标准,例如用JPEG LS,JPEG2000进行压缩,以提高压缩比,缓解对网络带宽的要求;更有利于不同地区和国家、医院之间交换信息,进一步推动远程医疗的发展。This paper mainly discusses the unpacking of DCM file based on standard DICOM. Other compression standards,such as JPEGLS,JPEG2000,can be applied to the unpacked files. This will contribute to raising the ratio of compression and reducing the demand of Internet bandwidth. The further advantage is convenient for exchanging information among different hospitals in distinct districts and countries and more development of longdistance medicine will be promoted.
