摘 要:在内径为25mm的不锈钢填料塔中,以叔丁醇脱水生成异丁烯为反应体系,采用细粉状的的强酸性离子交换树脂做催化剂,使其与液相形成浆料在塔内流动,考察了催化剂含量、操作压力、进料组成等条件对过程的影响,在选定的试验条件下,叔丁醇的转化率可达99 99%。A novel catalytic distillation process is studied on the dehydration of tertbutyl alcohol as a model reaction in which a particulate catalyst is slurried in one of the reactant streams and fed into a distillation column reactor which is packed with θ rings. For the dehydration of tertbutyl alcohol,the fine particles of acid cation exchange resin are used as catalyst. The effects of catalyst concentration,operating pressure and feed composition on the conversion ratio of tertbutyl alcohol are experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the conversion ratio of tertbutyl alcohol can come up to 9999%.
