通塞颗粒治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :验证口服中药通塞颗粒治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性加重期病变的临床疗效。方法 :临床选取COPD急性加重期患者 86例 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组进行治疗观察。结果 :通塞颗粒能够明显改善患者临床症状和体征 ,降低白细胞和中性粒细胞计数 ,提高通气功能 ,降低霉菌感染等。结论Objective: To verify the clinical efficacy of Tongsai Granule in the treatment of senile COPD at the acute stage of exacerbation. Divide the 86 patients randomly into treatment group and control group. This granule can markedly relieve the symptoms and signs of the patients, reduce the WBC and neutrophilic granulocyte counts, improve the flow of qi, and lower mycotic infection. Conclusion: This granule has evident efficacy on senile COPD at the acute stage of exacerbation.
