摘 要:针对汽轮发电机铁芯的层状特征,引入层合板的Hamilton理论体系,避免了对多层复合铁芯的均匀假设和等效杨氏模量的确定,减少了对结构的简化。应用半解析法,即将铁芯在Z向用解析法、X-Y向采用混合变量等参Hamiltonian元离散结构的有限元法,分析了一大型汽轮发电机冷态和热态两种极端情况的固有振动特性。与相关文献结果比较,该文的结果更接近真实情况。该文方法的另一个特点是只要一层离散的单元数确定,则全部未知数的个数就确定。对同一问题,相对于经典有限元方法,未知数规模少,计算速度快,适合工程运用。Because of the laminated characteristic of turbogenerator stator core, the laminated plate Hamilton theory is employed to escape the hypothesis of the combination stator core being uniformity and the determine of young's modulus. A semianalytical solution is presented by the combination between analytical method in Z direction and mixed variable Hamiltonian element method in XY direction. The semi\|analytical method is applied to analyze the natural frequencies of a large turbogenerator stator system under cold condition and hot condition, respectively. Comparing with the result of related literature, textual result more near to true circumstance. The another characteristic of textual method is that the total unknowns is only defined when the element quantity of a layer is defined. Therefore, the unknowns to the same question are less than that of classic finite element method, the calculation speed, is quick, and the method suits the engineering application.
