摘  要:针对东方锅炉厂引进FW公司300MW的W型火焰锅炉,设计搭建了1MW的W型火焰热态试验台,依据组织冷态空气动力场的试验结果组织了W型锅炉贫煤燃烧试验,研究了正常燃烧工况时炉膛中心温度分布规律及炉膛出口温度分布特性,得出炉膛中心截面温度分布和炉膛出口温度分布,分析了炉膛结渣的原因。1MW Wshape flame test rig is established with the 300MW Wshape flame boiler introduced by Dongfang Boiler Works as the model. On the basis of coldstate test, the tests of burning Zhangze meager coal are conducted. It is indicated that under normal conditions, the flame center and maximum wall temperature are located below the center of the F staged air, the wall temperature on both front and back walls is evenly distributed along the wall width in the lower section of the furnace, while the wall temperature on both side walls present a parabolic distribution, with the highest temperature in the middle.
