低蛋白饮食加α-酮酸疗法对延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　 观察自制低蛋白饮食配合α 酮酸疗法对延缓慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)进展的疗效。方法　 将血肌酐水平 133～ 70 7μmol L的CRF患者 10 6例 ,随机分为 2组。治疗组 5 6例 ,采用低蛋白饮食加口服α 酮酸治疗 ;对照组 5 0例 ,单用低蛋白饮食治疗。治疗前及治疗后 2 4周分别测定肾功能等生化指标及营养状况指标 ,并进行比较。结果　 两组在降低血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸方面有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;并可改善营养状况 ,提高血浆白蛋白和外周血淋巴细胞 ,增加上臂肌围。结论　 低蛋白饮食加α 酮酸疗法可改善肾功能和营养状况 ,延缓CRF进程 。Objective To observe the curative effects of low protein diet and α-keto acid in treating 56 cases of chronic renal failure according to the endemic dietary habits.Methods The patients with chronic renal failure,their blood creatinine level being 133μmoc/L-707μmoc/L,were classified into the treatment group of 56 cases treated with low protein diet and α-keto acid and the control group of 50 cases only treated with low protein diet.Comparisons were made within each group and between the two groups,and the biochemical indexes of renal functions before and in the 2nd,4th,8th and 24th weeks were determined and evaluated.Results Better curative effects in reducing blood uric acid,urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the treatment group than in the control group(p0.01).The nutrition condition was improved,the plasma albumin level and the level of peripheral hemolymph cells were promoted,and the muscular circle of upper arm was enlarged.Conclusion The combined use of low protein diet and α-keto acid can improve renal functions and nutrition and delay renal failure.
