摘　　要：组建中央财政经济委员会,是党中央的重大决策。建国前后,在党中央领导下,中财委统一部署,正确指挥,取得了打垮投机资本,稳定物价的重大胜利。《统一国家财政经济工作的决议》的制定和实施,标志着财经工作开始由分散管理到集中统一的根本转变。Establishing the Central Financial and Economic Committee(CFEC) is the Party’s Central Committee’s vital decision. Before and after the foundation of the PRC, under the leadership of the Party and with the uniform arrangement and the correct direction of the CFEC, we won the victory both in destroying the speculating capital and in stabilizing the price. The drawing up and the implementation of “ Decision on Unifying the National Finance and Economy” symbolized the radical transition of the finance and economy from decentralized management to the integrated management.
