摘　　要：介绍安钢二炼钢厂在1号方坯连铸机中间罐上应用镁钙质干式涂料及快速更换水口技术的情况,快换水口系统原理及取得的效果。This paper introduces the application of dry magnesia-calcia coating and quick nozzle change technology in tundish of No. 1 billet caster at No. 2 Steel making Plant of Angang. It also discusses the concept of quick nozzle change system and the effects which have been obtained.
