减少高碳钢质量异议的攻关实践

摘　　要：以异议样的检验报告为依据,结合武钢三炼钢厂现有的设备工艺条件,分析高碳钢(45,50钢)质量异议发生的原因,提出减少铸坯中心偏析,改善其内部质量的措施,有效地减少了高碳钢异议的发生率。Based on the inspection report of objection sample in combination with the present conditions of the equipment and process at No. 3 steelmaking Plant of WISCO, this paper analyzes the factors causing the objection of high carbon steel (45,50 grade) .It also puts forward the effective measures to reduce the central segregation and improve the internal quality of slab. The good result has been obtained.
