摘　　要：在分析钢铁企业成本控制的特点基础上,强调了生产成本控制对于提高钢铁企业市场竞争力的重要作用,总结了钢铁企业生产成本控制的模型和方法,介绍了国内外钢铁企业成本控制技术及成本软件研发情况,并预测了未来钢铁企业生产成本控制的发展趋势及方向。On the basis of analyzing the features of cost control in iron and steel enterprise,it is emphasized that production cost control offers important role to improve market competitive power of iron and steel enterprise.The model and method of cost control are summarized.Cost control technology and cost software development,home and abroad,are presented.Development trend of cost control in the future iron and steel enterprise is forecasted.
