摘 要:研究了电磁振荡作用下7075铝合金半连铸坯微观组织及溶质元素的晶内分布,对其细化、非枝晶组织形成及溶质元素晶内含量的影响机制进行了探讨.认为在电磁振荡作用下,熔体中结晶核心增加,游离晶粒的枝晶生长方式得到抑制是形成均匀细小的近球形和蔷薇形非枝晶组织的原因.并从电磁场改变7075铝合金凝固过程中的溶质分配系数、结晶间隔、液穴内部温度场、流动场以及微观组织形貌等方面出发,分析了电磁振荡对溶质元素晶内含量的影响.The microstructure and solute concentration inside crystal of 7075 alloy cast by electromagnetic vibration process were studied. On the basis of that, the effect mechanisms of electromagnetic vibration on refinement, the formation of non-dendritic structure and increasing solute concentration inside crystal of 7075 alloy were investigated. It is pointed out that under the effects of electromagnetic vibration, the amount of the grain nuclei in the melt increases. Furthermore, the movement of free grains together with the melt convection prevents them from growing into dendrite, which results in the formation of fine and uniform spheroid-shaped and rosette-shaped grains after solidification. Meanwhile, the effect of electromagnetic vibration on solute concentration inside crystal was explained from the variation of solute partition coefficient, solidification interval and temperature and flow fields in sump as well as microstructure.
