枳实导滞汤治疗肾综合征出血热胃肠型的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察研究枳实导滞汤治疗肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)胃肠型的临床疗效。将 6 0例患者随机分成枳实导滞汤治疗组和西药对照组各 30例 ,疗程 3～ 5天。结果 :治疗组对症状体征改善者 6 0 % ,对照组 13% (P <0 0 1) ;在越期转型率方面 ,治疗组转轻、中型 6 0 % ,对照组 33% (P <0 0 5 )。总越期率治疗组 6 0 % ,对照组 30 % (P<0 0 5 )。提示枳实导滞汤治疗HFRS胃肠型有较好的疗效。To observe the clinical effects of 'Zhishi Daozhi Decoction' in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), 60 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with 'Zhishi Daozhi Decoction' and control group in which another 30 cases were treated with western medicine, with a course of 3-5 days. Results: The symptoms and signs improved by 60% in treatment group and by 13% in control group, P<0.01; the rate of post-period transformation was 60% in treatment group and 33% in control group, P<0.05. It is indicated that 'Zhishi Daozhi Decoction' is quite effective for HFRS in gastrointestinal type.
