摘　　要：分析了回转类零件的构成要素及楔横轧成形过程,研究了其辊型参数的计算方法,并对实际轧件进行了试验,收到了良好的效果。研究结果对于扩大楔横轧工艺的应用有实际意义,尤其是对于锻件制坯成形的应用,将起到良好的作用。The structural elements and forming process of rotary components were analysed in this paper. The calculating methods were researched. The experiment to form the real component was made and the experimental results were satisfied. The research results will be significant for extending the engineering application of cross wedge rolling, especially for the application of forming blank for closed die forging.
