摘  要:以 2 ZT-935 型水稻插秧机为例,对不等角速双万向联轴器的输入轴 1与输出轴 3的运动关系进行了深入研究,比较精确地推导出轴1、3与中间轴2的夹角θ_1、θ_3(见图1)随转弯角度β变化的关系式,绘制了轴3的角速度ω_3、角加速度α_3的变化规律曲线图。为分析插秧系统的运动学、动力学问题和插秧质量提供了依据。This paper goes deep into the research of the moving relation between shaft 1 and shaft 3 of Double Universal Joint with unequal angular velocity, taking the 2ZT-935 Engine-driven Rice Transplanter as an example. It more accurately derives the relational expression of the angles (θ1,θ3) between shaft(1,3) and the intermediate shaft 2 when it turns with varying turning angle β (Fig. 1). It draws diagram of the variational law of shaft 3 with ω3 and α3. This paper offers new conditions for analysing the movement of the separating and planting system and kinematic and dynamic, characteristics of rice transplanter. It also offers a basis for analysing the harmful effect when the transplanter turns a corner under working condition.
