摘　　要：利用蝎毒素的α/β骨架设计新的多肽和蛋白质,不仅对于研究毒素本身结构和功能多样性十分重要,同时也为设计和开发新的多肽类药物提供了广阔的前景。本文就该领域的一些概况做一简要的介绍。The scorpion α/β is a useful molecular scaffolds for design and engineering of small proteins. This strategy not only proves to be a powerful method to investigate the structure/function relationship study of scorpion toxins, but also has the potential therapeutic interests by development of polypeptide pharmaceutical. This short communication is a succinct overview of this field.
