摘　　要：分析了几种常用方法设计的铝型材挤压模具在模具加工、模具管理、型材挤压生产过程等方面存在的问题以及如何通过设计方案的改良来纠正和预防。The problems occurred in die process, die management and production process of extruded profiles for extrusion dies of aluminum profiles, which have been designed by traditional methods , are analyzed. How to correct and prevent the problems through designs is introduced in this article.
