摘　　要：目的 :综述盐酸氟西汀的各种不良反应 ,为临床合理用药提供资料。 方法 :查阅国内检索类期刊及公开发行的中文医药期刊 ,归纳有关盐酸氟西汀不良反应的报道。 结果 :该药主要有神经系统不良反应 (如锥体外系反应 ) ,消化道反应 ,心电图变化 ,精神症状 ,血液系统反应及药物过量等。结论 :盐酸氟西汀的各种不良反应日渐显现 。Objective: To review various adve rse reactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride in order to provide the data for clini cal rational drug use. Methods: The domestic retrieval journals and Chinese medical journals were consulted and the reports of adverse reactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride were collected. Results: The main a dverse reactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride include nervous system reactions, d igestive system reactions, abnormal electrocardiogram, psychotic symptoms, hemat ological reactions and overdosage. Conclusion: Various adverse r eactions of fluoxetine hydrochloride have appeared increasingly. Their monitorin g must be strengthened.
