摘　　要：对大中型高压电动机少胶VPI绝缘体系进行了探讨和研究,通过开展绝缘结构老化实验及不同绝缘厚度的模拟线圈测试等工作,证明了不饱和聚酯亚胺绝缘体系可满足10kv及以下伏级电机性能要求,并已投入了批量生产.The research & development work of the poor-resin VPI insulating system for large and mediumsized HV motors is described in the paper. By means of ageing tests and by measurements with a simulation coil with various insulation thickness, it was shown that the unsaturated polyesteramide insulation system could well meet the insulation requirements for HV motor up to 10 kv. The product has been put into batch production.
